These workshops are run by Alex Danson from Clearwater music alongside Sara Creeney

A relaxed, fun event where children can learn about different instruments and begin to learn how to play. It is a good opportunity for them to become enthusiastic about learning a musical instrument and to take it up as a serious hobby in the future.

There will be organised activities along with informal tuition and it is guaranteed to be fun whether you're a complete novice or have begun to develop your playing skills.

Learning will be accelerated by the fact that the children will have the opportunity to play with other musicians straight away which helps greatly with timing as well as giving them the ability to apply the skills they've learnt.

The sessions are just £3.50 per person and take place on sundays 1-2 and 2-3pm (see above)

*Ages above are just recommended ages. Children could be moved to the older group based on ability. If parents believe their 5 year old is capable of benefitting from musical tuition and activities they are welcome to come and give the classes a try.
